parking-at-gatwick.co.uk is an independent guide to parking at Gatwick Airport. It is not operated by, affiliated with or endorsed by Gatwick Airport Limited, and it is not run by any car park operator.
What this site is for
Airport parking is a surprisingly opaque purchase. There are two terminals, several official car parks, a large number of independent operators, and at least four different service models — and the prices move constantly. Most of what is written about it online is either an operator marketing its own product or a comparison table that ranks things by price without saying whether they are comparable.
These guides try to do something more modest and more useful: explain what the options actually are, what genuinely separates them, and what to check before you book. The aim is that you make a decision you understand, not that you click a particular link.
Why there are no prices here
Airport parking is priced by yield management. The cost of the same space for the same dates changes according to how full the car park is expected to be and how far ahead you are booking. Any specific figure published on a page like this would be wrong within weeks, and a stale price is worse than no price because it looks authoritative.
So the guides explain what drives the cost — lead time, season, length of stay, proximity to the terminal — and leave the actual numbers to the operators, where they are current. If you want to know what your dates cost, the only reliable answer comes from checking them.
How the site is funded
This site is free to read and is funded by advertising. Advertising is served by Google AdSense.
Two commitments follow from that, and they matter more than the disclosure itself:
- Commercial arrangements do not change what the guides say. Where an option is a poor choice for a particular kind of trip, the page says so, including where that option is one we could be paid for.
- Advertising is labelled, and any affiliate link is disclosed at the point of use rather than buried in a page like this one.

Every guide carries the date it was last reviewed. Airport arrangements change: tariffs are revised, car parks are reconfigured, operators come and go, and policies on things like drop-off charges and Blue Badge concessions are updated by the airport.
That is also why the guides consistently tell you to confirm the current details with the airport or operator before you travel. That is not a disclaimer for its own sake — it is genuinely the right thing to do, and no third-party site can substitute for it.
What this site does not do

- It does not publish prices or claim to be a price comparison service.
- It does not represent Gatwick Airport or any operator.
